Challenging round of Loenen Eerbeek Laag Soeren

The car can be parked in the parking lot on Groenendaalseweg. That is the start of the route, junction 28.

The route is not completely paved! Some junctions are connected by (hard) dirt roads. In a period of drought, these dirt roads can sometimes turn into drifting sand roads that are difficult to take.

The route is not flat! Here and there there is a steep climb. Or descent of course. And they are quite spicy. Yet I saw many older people on their bikes along these paths. With or without electrical support.

The route goes through a beautiful nature reserve, especially in the beginning. This makes it virtually impossible to buy food or drinks before the route passes through Eerbeek. Bring enough food and drinks with you.

This route crosses a number of mountain bike trails. This route itself is also suitable for the relaxed, less adventurous mountain biker.
