From Borne through the beautiful Twente

From Borne you can cycle straight into the Twente countryside. The landscape here seems to have been specially designed for cyclists. Just like all those old sights. Enjoy! The route starts at Grand Café De Steeg in the pleasant centre of Borne. Take a seat on a terrace here before you cycle into the picturesque old centre of Borne. You will experience a characteristic historical atmosphere here. Further on you cycle into the well-known Twente coulisse landscape. You can still experience the atmosphere of times gone by here, including the beautiful characteristic Saxon farms. On the edge of Deurningen you can get off at Landgoed Kaamps. Het Stift enjoys a protected village view, you will see a church from the twelfth century there. In the countryside the kilometres pass by by themselves. How wonderful it is to cycle in Twente.
