The Worm Valley
You can (before or after your route) climb to the top of the Wilhelminaberg for an unprecedented panorama of the area. After a while you enter the Wormdal: an undiscovered gem that is no less than the Geuldal. You cycle through an idyllic landscape where you hardly encounter people. How quiet it is here!
Brunsummerheide
From the German Teverener Heide you drive onto the Brunssumerheide, the only large heathland in South Limburg. In addition to heathlands, you will also see forests and fens. With a bit of luck you will hear the 'cowbells' ringing, a sign that the shepherd and his flock of sheep are nearby. A nice sight! Be sure to get off at the visitor centre, because you can enjoy a beautiful view of the natural beauty there.
