Description
Beautiful route through dune landscape around Bergen, Egmond, Castricum, Wijk aan Zee, then past Heemskerk, through polder to Zaanse Schans, along the Rijp, Eilandspolder and back past mills from Alkmaar to Bergen.
Cross the water at Junction 59 with the Jan Hop Spijkerboor ferry. Very fun only lasts 5 minutes and every day in the summer and only on weekends after October.
