Description

History and nature: you will experience it in abundance with this beautiful route. From the heart of Den Bosch you cycle around the countryside of Vught. You can also visit the picturesque Market in Vught.

The Morian
You will see many beautiful buildings here, such as De Moriaan: one of the oldest brick houses in the Netherlands from the thirteenth century. In the Capuchin Museum you can learn about the history of these fathers. You leave the city by cycling along the Dommel. On the right you look out over the vast Hundred Morgen polder. On the left is Fort Isabella, a defense structure that originally dates from 1618.

St. John's Cathedral
Just below Vught you cycle between some wooded estates. It's wonderful to travel miles here. In Esch you can still experience the typical Brabant village atmosphere. From here you drive back into the old center of Den Bosch. And you will see a major celebrity in Den Bosch: the centuries-old St. John's Cathedral.
