Endless views, for that you have to go to the Houtdorperveld. The heath stretches out in front of you here, a wonderful place to take your mind off it. You walk in special footsteps!
Blooming heather
You enjoy beautiful views. The heath is at its most beautiful in the summer, when the purple flowers appear that change the color of the field in one fell swoop. The Houtdorperveld is then one purple sea!
Church Path
A dead straight line runs diagonally across the heath: this is the route of the old church path between Speuld and Uddel. You walk in the footsteps of countless people before you. Including celebrities: Sean Connery walked here during the recordings for'A Bridge Too Far\\\'. The vast expanse of moorland was a perfect backdrop for the film.
