The cozy ''s-Hertogenbosch is great to explore by bike. Outside the old bishop's city you will find beautiful nature reserves and authentic villages.
The Mint
You will see many beautiful buildings here, such as De Moriaan: one of the oldest brick houses in the Netherlands from the thirteenth century. From the hotel you drive to De Muntel, a beautiful district that is a protected cityscape because of its heritage. In the outskirts of Sint-Michielsgestel you will pass Haanwijk, one of the three country houses in this region.
Fort Isabella
Just outside Vught you cycle through the woods near the IJzeren Man. Cycling along the canal, you look out over the vast Hundred Morgen polder. Across the water is Fort Isabella, a defense structure that originally dates from 1618. Back in Den Bosch it's time for a terrace!
