Tour of Zwanenwater from Callantsoog

The route starts at Harry\\\'s Tweewielers in the pleasant seaside town of Callantsoog. With this walk you can get a breath of fresh air on the beach under Callantsoog. You will also pass through the De Pettemerduinen and Het Zwanenwater nature reserves. After putting on your walking shoes, you walk along the Het Zwanenwater nature reserve. On one side are the dunes, on the other side of the road you see the extensive bulb fields. You also walk a bit through the Pettemerduinen. This is a sheltered walk in the bushes. You have beautiful views from high dune tops. During the season you will see many pink and purple orchids blooming in the wet dune valleys. Then you walk for miles along the beach. Get a breath of fresh air with the sound of the surf. If the weather is nice you can take a dip!
