Tour of Zwanenwater from Callantsoog

The route starts at Harry\\\'s Tweewielers in the pleasant seaside resort of Callantsoog. With this walk you can enjoy a breath of fresh air on the beach below Callantsoog. You will also pass through the nature reserve De Pettemerduinen and Het Zwanenwater. After putting on your walking shoes, you will walk along the nature reserve Het Zwanenwater. On one side are the dunes, on the other side of the road you will see the vast bulb fields. You will also walk a bit through the Pettemerduinen. It is sheltered walking here in the bushes. From high dune tops you have beautiful views. In the season you will see many pink and purple orchids blooming in the wet dune valleys. Then you will walk for miles along the beach. Enjoy a breath of fresh air with the sound of the surf. When the weather is nice you can take a dip!
