Description
During this walk you will experience the history of this Peel region. You walk through what was once a wild and unexplored terrain.
You start in Landhorst and walk partly through the varied forests of Boswachterij Sint Anthonis. The second part of the walk follows the Peel Canal with its casemates. The last part shows a vast landscape with the straight roads that are so typical for this region.
The Waterweetjes Walk was developed by the Aa en Maas water board and can also be walked accompanied by a 'Water Groeter' from Aa en Maas. Please contact info@aaenmaas.nl
