The beautiful countryside of Zundert

Around Zundert it is wonderful to cycle through the rural and natural countryside. You can also sniff up cultural history in the old village of Etten.

De Moeren The route starts in the countryside of Zundert, the Brabant village that is known for its annual flower parade. If you drive a little further at junction 64 to the Markt, you can visit the Van Gogh House. This museum is located on the site where the birthplace of the world-famous painter Vincent van Gogh once stood. Further on you will pass through De Moeren, an estate consisting of forests, flower-filled meadows, fields and fens.

Oude Markt Etten-Leur is a village that consists of two old ribbon villages: Etten and Leur. In the former Etten you drive past De Bisschopsmolen, a beautiful corn mill from 1744. At Pannenkoekenhuis Het Regiment you can sit down on the terrace. Enjoy a pancake or other delicacy here at your leisure. Further on you drive over the old Markt. Here you can soak up the historical atmosphere, just like at Heemkundig Streekmuseum Jan uten Houte.
