The New Dutch Waterline is a unique historical defense line from 1815. The line is 85 kilometers and consists of about 50 forts and 5 fortified towns. National Park De Biesbosch
For centuries, major events such as flood disasters, the Second World War and the arrival of the Delta Works have left their mark on the Biesbosch.
