Discover your favorite museum with this special route.
After crossing with the ferry to Bronkhorst, you take a short coffee break at the Keukengemaal on ferry route 1 in Bronkhorst, on top of the dike. The adjacent Kunstgemaal shows new works by other artists every six weeks. Entrance is free.
Continue your route via the floodplains of the IJssel to'torenstad\\\' Zutphen. The picturesque center is actually one big 'work of art' of historical monuments. Take a city walk (with or without a guide) or discover Zutphen by boat on the Berkel. The skipper tells you old, true stories with a wink.
Or take a look at the renovated Musea Zutphen at the Hof van Heeckeren in Zutphen. This is the place in Zutphen where history, cultural history, visual arts and current events come together.
Time to get some fresh air. And then end the afternoon at the MORE museum in Gorssel. Here you will see the largest Dutch museum for modern realism. Maybe have something to eat at'Loetje\\\' in Gorssel?
