Description
The route starts at the edge of the vast Rucphense Bossen. You drive straight into the woods. How quiet it is here! Take a deep breath and enjoy the fragrant coniferous trees. On the Rucphense Heide you can catch some sun again, before you drive back into the shade between the trees. Just past Rucphen you will pass the Heimolen, a flour mill from 1844. Then you can admire the centuries-old Sint-Lambertuskerk, built in Kempen Gothic style, in Wouw. De Arend is a beautiful flour mill from 1825. At the end of your route you drive through the Rucphense Bossen again. A good time to switch back.
