On the eastern tip of Zuid-Beveland you will drive through vast polders, between orchards and through old villages. At Bath you can get a breath of fresh air, while enjoying the view of the point where the Scheldt and Westerschelde meet. At Waarde you will pass the campsite and restaurant Zeeuws Genieten. A little later you will pass the corn mill De Hoed. Further on you can take a pit stop at Brasserie Den Inkel. You will also find Camping Den Inkel here. In Kruiningen you will see the Oude Molen from 1801 and the beautiful fifteenth-century Johanneskerk. Just before the end point you will pass the Rattekaai: a former tidal harbour. Get off your bike to look out over the Verdronken Land van Zuid-Beveland. This piece of land was flooded during the St. Felix flood of 1530 and has been part of the Oosterschelde ever since.
Below you will find various suggestions for breaks that you can visit during your route. These are divided into different categories, making it easy for you to choose.
