Description
On the Utrechtse Heuvelrug you can walk for miles through the woods. This route takes you across Landgoed Henschoten. The route starts at Pannenkoekenhuis Bergzicht. Here you can enjoy a snack and drink, such as a delicious traditional pancake. From the terrace you can walk straight into the woods of Landgoed Henschoten. You will immediately experience a wonderful peace here, ideal to leave everyday life behind. After a while you pass Quatre Bras: a villa from 1897 that takes its name from the four-fork it stands on.
A little later you walk again in the seemingly endless forests. One time you walk on a winding path, then again you walk through an old stately forest avenue. What a variety!
