The charm of Hilvarenbeek

This route takes you through the countryside of Hilvarenbeek. A trip full of natural beauty, but also sights. Such as the picturesque historical centre of Hilvarenbeek.

Beautiful Hilvarenbeek
After a few kilometres through the countryside you enter Hilvarenbeek. The area around the Vrijthof enjoys a protected village view. You will see several stately mansions here and the late Gothic Sint-Petrus\\\'-Bandenkerk from the fifteenth century.

The Oisterwijk Fens
On the edge of Moergestel you will pass an unnamed, centuries-old corn mill. It was moved from a neighbouring village to its current location in 1852. A little later you will cycle a bit through the forests of the Oisterwijkse Vennen. The last part of the route you will cycle through a variety of streams and meadows and arable lands. It is wonderful to make kilometres here in the quiet Brabant countryside.
