Tour of Bunnik, Soesterberg and Zeist

Your route starts at Restaurant Eethuis De Stoeterij. On the edge of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park, you will find several beautiful villages that are worth exploring. This region is known for its lush forests and the beautiful historic castles that you will find here. This route takes you along some of the highlights of this beautiful area. You will get to know the historic center of the village and the beautiful Slot Zeist. This castle was built in the seventeenth century by order of Willem Adriaan van Nassau. Around the castle you will find an English landscape park. Then you cycle through Soesterberg to the Park Vliegbasis Soesterberg. In the past, there was a military airfield here, but the air base has now been transformed into a nature reserve.
