E-bike route Springendal, Ootmarsum and Vasse

Ootmarsum is a beautiful old town, in a privileged location. First you cycle to the forests of the Springendal. This nature reserve, nicknamed the ?Garden of the Netherlands?, is not accessible to motorized traffic. You cycle past Vasse and Mander to Manderveen. On the way you discover the Hezinger es and the Mander es: high-lying fields, typical for sandy soils like here. A beautiful rolling area seems miles away from the Netherlands. Via Lattrop you cycle to the highlight of the route: the beautiful Ootmarsum. This town flourished in the Middle Ages and has managed to retain its historical character well. Be sure to get off and stroll along the nice shops and cafes, it is so cozy here!
