Tour of Schoorlse Duinen and Broeker Auction

You will pass through Dirkshorn, where you will pass two beautiful monuments in quick succession: the Town Hall from 1870 and the village church from 1868. The Town Hall (1744) and the fifteenth-century village church in Oudkarspel are also worth getting off. In Broek op Langedijk you can visit the monumental wooden auction building from 1912. You will see, among other things, a historic auction clock. The auction has been held here since 1887. The Schoorlse Duinen are one of the most beautiful dune areas in the Netherlands. You cycle right through woods and dunes. The Harger mill dates from 1804. Its predecessor was killed in 1799 during fighting between an Anglo-Russian army and the French occupiers.
