Maasdijk
With this beautiful varied route you first set course for the Meuse. Here you will find the village of Neerlangel with the beautiful church of Saint John the Baptist. This Romanesque hall church dates from the eleventh century, the tuff tower is probably the oldest Romanesque building in Brabant. The church was so dilapidated in 1869 that it was rebuilt, but the Romanesque tower was spared. The Maasdijk leads you further, through the old villages of Demen and Dieden.
