E-bike route Almelo and Tubbergen

Your route starts at Eetcafe-Cafetaria't Zumpke. A green route along the water leads you through the Twente countryside to nice villages and Almelo. Beautiful old Almelo is fun to spend a day cycling through Twente. You cycle past the Hagenpark to the PM Rogmanspark. On the corner between the two parks you will see De Bleek city church, a cruciform church from 1927 in the style of the Amsterdam School. Just outside Almelo you follow the Loolee stream to the Almelo-Nordhorn Canal. You have a beautiful view over the water here. When you leave the canal you will soon find yourself in that typical Twente landscape of old farms, country roads and rows of trees. You pass through nice towns such as Tubbergen. Wonderfully green and authentic!
