Description
The beautiful old Burgh-Haamstede consists of two villages that have grown together. Here you will find Haamstede Castle, a national monument from the thirteenth century. Via Serooskerke you drive to historic Zierikzee where there are no fewer than 568 monuments. It is not without reason that this fortified town has a protected cityscape! The small village of Schuddebeurs is beautifully hidden in the greenery a little further away. Via Brouwershaven and Scharendijke you cycle further through the polder and along the water, to charming Rennesse. You can enjoy it here on the terrace of Our Seaside Beach Restaurant. Enjoy delicious snacks and drinks here. Then you cycle on to the small-scale Noordwelle.
