Description
Today you will enter the Veluwe from Apeldoorn! Your journey of discovery will lead you through the Veluwe forests, past an old agricultural hamlet and past the highest waterfall in the Netherlands. Cycling across the Veluwe guarantees wonderful enjoyment of the peace and quiet. You ride for miles on cycle paths that run through forest and heath. You will soon cycle through the Ugchelse Bos where you will find a unique old agricultural settlement hidden in the greenery: Hoog-Buurlo. Via the nice village of Otterlo you cycle along the northern edge of De Hoge Veluwe National Park to Hoenderloo. Just above Loenen you will later pass the Vrijenbergerspreng. Here you will find the Loenen waterfall. You will soon be back in Apeldoorn where you can enjoy a delicious pancake at Restaurant Malkenschoten!
