Want to stretch your legs before or after a delicious meal at Aunt Sien? Then take this detour through the beautiful countryside of Vasse.
Valley of the Mosbeek
The idyllic surroundings are still carefully cherished here. Rightly so. It seems as if this stream valley has been like this for centuries. A feeling that is enhanced when you walk past two special water mills from 1725, just a stone's throw apart: the Bels Mill and the Frans Mill.
Braamberg
Just before the Hooidijk you walk past two beautiful monumental farms that were built around 1900. On the other side of the road you walk into the moist deciduous forest on the Braamberg. It is incredibly quiet here. A path to cherish. When you walk out of the forest, you have a beautiful view of the Mander es.
