Tour of Huis Kiefskamp and Reuversweerd Castle

Your route starts at Slotboom Tweewielers. It is wonderful to cycle in the scenic landscape of the Achterhoek, no matter how often you return! Sometimes it seems as if this mosaic of forests, streams and flowery fields was created especially for cyclists. Just before Vorden you see Molen Ons Belang from 1890 appearing on the horizon. A little further on you pass Huis Kiefskamp from 1776. In the floodplains of the IJsselvallei you drive through a mix of flower-rich grasslands and streams. And enjoy beautiful views. You will pass Reuversweerd Castle, a country house from 1830. On the other side of the IJssel, you can take a trip to the picturesque Bronkhorst, which likes to advertise itself as the smallest town in the Netherlands. From the road you can see the eighteenth-century Huis Baak.
