Green Gorssel
In the outskirts of Gorssel you drive through a mosaic of forests, small-scale landscapes and flowery fields and fields. It is wonderful to make kilometers in this quiet region. In Gorssel itself you can visit Museum MORE, which is devoted to modern-realistic art from the Netherlands. A little further you will see the Noorsche Huis on the Molenweg. This building was bought in Norway in 1913 as a kit.
Gelderland Laren
Further on you drive along the Gorsselse Heide, a former military training area. A little further on you pass through the old village center of Almen. The village church originally dates from the fourteenth century. Just past Groot Dochteren you can take a look at Huize't Ross, a beautiful monumental country estate. The village church of Laren is a neoclassical water management church from 1835.
