A day of cycling around Callantsoog

Want to combine a day at the beach with a bike ride? This tour takes you to the seaside resort of Callantsoog and through the vast North Holland polders. Here you can get a breath of fresh air! You can park your car at Grote Sloot in Schagerbrug.  In the distance you can see the Groote Kaap lighthouse looming on the horizon. This steel tower is almost seventeen meters high and is still used to signal water traffic. In addition to the panoramic views, you can also enjoy the colorful beauty of the many flowers in the polder around Anna Paulowna: after all, this is the largest contiguous bulb area in the world.
