Experience the silence on the Veluwe

Looking for silence? Then you are ready for a day of cycling on the Veluwe. You drive for miles on paths where cars are not allowed. One moment you are cycling across a rolling heathland, the next you are surrounded by fragrant conifers or stately beech trees. Just past Garderen you can get off at De Beeldentuin/Zandsculpturen. You will find home and garden decorations here, and you can also enjoy a drink and something tasty. Then you cycle through the old Speulderbos, after which you visit Putten. In the Gelderse Vallei you will find wide fields, old villages with authentic farms and two beautiful nature reserves: the Kruishaarse and Appelse Heide. You enter the Veluwe again via Voorthuizen. Through the forests and heathlands. This region is never boring!
