Sweet Lake City
There are nice historical sights to be found in Zoetermeer. You will drive past De Hoop, a flour mill from 1897. Further on you will pass the City Museum, which is housed in a beautiful building. Here you will learn everything about the history of Zoetermeer. In the former village center of'Sweet Lake City\\\' you will pass several stately mansions and the Old Church, which was completed in 1787.
Arbor forest
The Zoetermeerse Plas has a deepest point of 40 meters and was actually dug for sand extraction. Now you have a wonderful view from the saddle over the rippling water and the surrounding vast polder land. You see two mills dating from 1787, but now truncated mills that drained the surrounding polder. On the north side of the lake you drive through the Prielenbos, a nice rough forest.
