Description
Nothing beats a bike ride through the coastal region. This route takes you along the North Sea beach, through Zandvoort and the greenery near Hoofddorp. The starting point of this route is Brasserie Nieuwe Meer in Aalsmeer. You can reach this place by ferry. Enjoy the beautiful view over the Kleine Poel while enjoying a snack and a drink. The first kilometers you drive through the polders just behind the dunes. Here you can enjoy the wide view and the beautiful monumental country houses that you see every now and then. In the lee of the dunes it is wonderful to pedal. On the other side you have a wide view of the sea and you can hear the surf. In neighboring Aerdenhout you can see some of the majestic villas for which the village is known.
