Cycling through Echt, Maasbracht and Roerdalen

First you drive to Echt in Limburg, a village located in the narrowest part of the Netherlands. Just before Linne you drive through the Linnerweerd, one of the few remaining natural floodplains of the Meuse. On the edge of Linne you will see the sixteenth-century St. Martin's Church. Just past junction 74 you cycle through the forests of the Sweeltje, where you have beautiful views of flower-rich grasslands and fields. You will pass Happiness Spot 5 Roerdalen: The Aerdmannetjes of Aerwinkel Castle. From the park you can take a look at the beautiful castle. A little later you cycle through the Munningsbosch, a beautiful old and quiet deciduous forest. Just below Montfort you cycle a few kilometers through Echter Broek, an open agricultural area surrounded by forests. The route ends at EuroParcs Limburg.
