Taste the peace and quiet in Grenspark Kempen-Broek

In Grenspark Kempen-Broek you will find a series of different landscapes: swamps, cover sand ridges with drifting sand, coniferous forests and stream valleys. With so much variety, you will have no trouble racking up the miles. In the Laurabossen the path winds through the many fragrant conifers, which is wonderful cycling! You briefly cross the border to the Belgian town of Hamont, where traces of Teuten's past can still be seen. Back in the Netherlands you can take a break at Restaurant-Brasserie De Coockpit before continuing through the Weerter and Budelerbergen. It is wonderfully quiet here. Once you have crossed the Zuid-Willemsvaart, you drive through the woods of the IJzeren Man. You will also pass through Altweerterheide, the westernmost town in Dutch Limburg.
