A stroll through Ouddorp

You can enjoy wonderful walks on Goeree-Overflakkee. Within a short distance, you will find the sea, beach, dunes, and historic Ouddorp. During this walk of nearly 25 kilometers, you will see a large part of Goeree-Overflakkee. You start at Holiday Park De Klepperstee, a lovely park to stay at if you want to see more of this island. Along the route, you walk past the Westduinen, a rugged landscape where original dune grasslands can still be found. A little later, you walk through the Kleistee, an area where all the old landscape features are still visible: wild ground and sand ridges surrounding the small fields. You walk through the polder to the Dunes of Goeree: a nature reserve where beach and forest alternate.
