In Beuningen you walk past a number of special buildings. Such as The Hague, a corn mill from 1704. On Wilhelminastraat you can see the fifteenth-century Torentje van Blanckenburgh, a remnant of a former castle. In the outlying area you walk on the dike along the Waal. Here you have beautiful views over the water and the floodplains. You will see characteristic old farms and a former dike warehouse where materials were stored to maintain the dike. In Ewijk you pass the fourteenth-century Slot Doddendael. At Lunchroom Special Enjoyment you will regain your strength.
