Cycling through the Goois Nature Reserve

Around Hilversum and Bussum it is beautiful to cycle through the Goois Nature Reserve. This nature reserve consists of a mosaic of heathlands, estates and forests. One of the first areas you cycle through is the Westerheide, followed shortly by the Zuiderheide. Then you make a trip to the dense forests that lie at the foot of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. You will pass through the picturesque Lage Vuursche. At Restaurant De Egelshoek you can get off to enjoy a delicious meal, before you cycle to the heart of Hilversum. Via the French Kampheide you then cycle to Bussum. Then you will see one of the most beautiful fortified towns in the Netherlands: Naarden. Feel free to get off to enjoy the historic atmosphere. Through the forests of Bikbergen you cycle back to the starting point.
