Walking through the center of Hilversum

On to the Corversbos
You start your walking tour just outside the center of Hilversum. From here you walk through this green'garden city\\\' in which the buildings merge seamlessly into beautiful nature reserves. In addition to the beautiful nature, you will find many imposing villas in Hilversum. In short, there is plenty to see during this walk. After more than two kilometers of walking you will pass the Sound and Vision Experience. Here you can view ever-changing exhibitions related to radio, TV, film and music. Then you walk further to the Corversbos. Another attraction in Hilversum is the Corversbos bee ramp. Open days and courses are regularly held at this beekeepers' association. If the gate is open, you can go there for a jar of honey.

The Corversbos
The Corversbos once belonged to the Goudlust estate. You will find a few stately beech avenues in the forest that still remind you of this. You will also find dark forests and golden yellow grain fields that contrast sharply with each other. In this forest live all kinds of animals such as weasels and stoats, but also buzzards, hawks, tawny owls and many more birds.
