The beautiful dune area at Egmond-Binnen

You can enjoy beautiful walks around Egmond-Binnen. First you walk on an unpaved path along the Egmonder Binnenvaart. On the left you look out over the bulb fields. In spring and summer you can enjoy the most beautiful colors here. Just past Rinnegom you will see Landhuis Koningshof on the left side of the road, a building that originally dates from 1865. A little later you enter the dunes, they are a lot lighter in color than the dunes in the rest of the area. You will also find special vegetation here, such as the blue sea thistle, sea buckthorn and sea berry. The peace is benevolent, if you hear anything it is a bird. Back in Egmond-Binnen you can visit Museum Abdij van Egmond and the shop of Abdij van Egmond.
