Hiking over the Limburg mountains

A day of walking in the Limburg hills? Around Ubachsberg you will find surprisingly beautiful paths and views. This route takes you over the Kunderberg, Putberg and Keverberg. The Vrouwenheide is a hilltop where heather used to flourish. Now you walk between the fields and meadows. From the top you have a beautiful view over the meadow area. In good weather you can even look over the Vaalserberg to the even higher German Eifel. You also walk past Op de Vrouweheide, a former flour mill from 1858. In short succession you walk over three hills: the Keverberg, Putberg and Kunderberg. The route ends at the Bernardushoeve. In this attractive monumental inn you can enjoy a drink, ice cream and meal.
