Hoeselt Tour via Alken

This beautiful, almost flat route is characterized by many special sights, such as'de Troostplek\\\', several castles, including the neoclassical castle of Gors and the castle Printhagen, the unique silent chapel and the Bottelarij in Ulbeek and many others. In the Bottelarij, a historic industrial heritage building, approximately halfway along the route, there is a cozy catering establishment, where you can choose from a generous range of dishes. The route runs through the extensive fruit growing area around Wellen and is therefore also an absolute must during the blossom season. The cozy town of Alken invites you to stay a little longer, especially on Friday when you can visit an artisanal day market.
