Cycling route through Serooskerke, Zoutelande and Westkapelle

On Walcheren it is nice to cycle through the vast polders. Along the way there is also plenty of cultural history to experience. In Serooskerke, for example, you will pass the old ring road. At junction 54 you cycle into Sint Laurense Weihoek, a reserve for meadow birds. The next nature reserve is not long in coming: this is the Biggekerkse Bos. On the leafy cycle path you cycle to the well-known seaside resort of Zoutelande, after which you cycle through the dunes and along the Westkapelse Kreek to Westkapelle. You cycle along the North Sea for a while, after which you make a shortcut to Oostkapelle. Through the Manteling you cycle back to Loverendale - ter Linde. Time and energy left? Go for a nice paddle on the beach at Vrouwenpolder. At Marie bio strandkot you can go for a drink and a snack.
