Stokkum - Elten - Herwen - Tolkamer - Spijk - Borghees

A varied route that starts in the idyllically situated Stokkum in the Montferland. You drive through the forest to the German Elten. From there, a cycle path follows the track of an Oude Rijnstrang. Until Aerdt lives in Herwen. You drive past the De Bijland recreation area to Lobith. Pass under the Schipperspoort via De Gelderse Poort to Tolkamer. On the Europakade it is time for a snack/lunch in one of the dike restaurants (with terraces overlooking the Rhine). You go over the dike to Spijk (where the Rhine flows into the Netherlands). You enter Germany again on a beautiful back road which leads back to starting point Stokkum via Borghees Also suitable for mobility scooters
