Alternative Route 1 through Eemnes

This route is to indicate the distance in kilometers. The actual route runs from Jachthaven Kroeze / Polderrestaurant to the Port of Eemnes. Take the  klompenpad Nesserpad north to Gemaal Eemnes, take Korte Maatsweg north to Volkertsweg, turn left into Volkertsweg to Zomerdijk. Follow the Zomerdijk in a northerly direction to the Vogelkijkhut sign. To the Vogelkijkhut and further follow the path in an easterly direction along the Eemmeer to the Eem, then in a southerly direction take the footpath along the Nieuwe Maatsweg until the Nieuwe Maatsweg bends to the west. Follow the path along the Eem until Wiggertsweg / ferry Eemdijk/Eemnes. Follow the path along the Eem until the Buitenvaart. Follow the path in a westerly direction along the Buitenvaart to the Eemnes pumping station and from there again the clog path Nesserpad southwards towards the Polderrestaurant.
