Tour of Koningsheide, Posbank and Velp

This route first takes you to the Koningsheide, a relatively unknown natural gem north of Arnhem. It is beautiful cycling here along heathland and deciduous and coniferous trees. Further on you cycle over the vast Rozendaalse Veld. Here you can enjoy beautiful views over the heathland. A little later you can get off again if you like wide panoramas, because you will pass the Posbank: one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the Netherlands. In clear weather you can see the hills of the Rijk van Nijmegen. Through the forests and fields you descend at your leisure to Velp, just outside the village you will see the Bronbeek estate and the Rennen Enk estate on the right. Via Park Klarenbeek you cycle to Bloem Arnhem. Time for a coffee and a bite to eat.
