From Park Klarenbeek you first drive to the heart of Arnhem. You cross the Rhine via the John Frost Bridge, which is famous from the Battle of Arnhem. From the bridge you have a beautiful view of the surroundings. From junction 86 you cycle through Stadsblokken-Meinerswijk, a floodplain area that has been developed in recent years. Here you see an interesting contrast between river nature and the Arnhem skyline. Over the dike you cycle a few kilometers downstream along the Neder-Rijn. On the other side you see the wooded slopes of the Veluwe. Just below Renkum you cross the river, after which you cycle into the forests of the Veluwe. Just past Ede you pass the vast Ginkelse Heide. Finally you cycle through Oosterbeek and the Sonsbeekpark. The route ends at Bloem Arnhem.
