Round Fifty Bunder - Zuidlaren - Dennenoord

In Zuidlaren you will discover plenty of cultural history. And around the village you can enjoy the varied nature. From junction 67 you walk through the small-scale nature reserve Vijftig Bunder. On the left you look out over the valley of the Drentsche Aa. Noordlaren is the next attraction on your route. Striking: this village is not in Drenthe, but Groningen. Here you will see beautiful monumental farms and the late medieval Bartholomew Church. In Zuidlaren there are still many old buildings, you can enjoy a special historical atmosphere here. Between junction 14 and 61 you walk through Dennenoord. In the former forest here a small village was built at the end of the nineteenth century where people received psychiatric care. Just like the old village center, this part of Zuidlaren also enjoys a protected village view. The route ends at Camping De Vledders.
