On this route you will pass, among other things, Landgoed Dorth and Landgoed Verwolde. Landgoed Dorth is a quiet, green area with a classic country house. The house itself has a long history and is surrounded by forests and open fields. It is a place where you can still feel the atmosphere of the past, without too much fuss. Further on you will find Landgoed Verwolde, where the castle of the same name plays a prominent role in the landscape. Kasteel Verwolde, built in the 18th century, is an impressive building with well-maintained gardens. You can walk through the park here or take a look at the castle itself, which is open to visitors several days a week.
