Get on your bike with Dieuwertje Blok and discover the very authentic farmland of Southwest Drenthe. Time has stood still in various places and you can see how people lived and worked years ago.
Hayfields, ash trees and hedgerows surround the farming villages. You cycle over a 7 km long pear avenue, named after village doctor Larij, and past the rich manor farms of't Gouden Endje. Together they form a wonderful landscape to enjoy. During the stops, Dieuwertje tells you what you see along the way.
Are you coming by car first? Then you can park around the supermarket on the Havelterweg/Fazantweg in Ruinerwold, near the starting point junction 26.
