Tour of Vierhouten and Nunspeet Lookout Tower

Your route starts at Dorpsherberg de Roskam. At Bezoekerscentrum Veluwe Noord you can learn more about the special nature here. The ride takes you through the forests of Boswachterij Nunspeet, past open heathland and cool forests, waving firs and whimsical oaks. Purple-red sundew grows around the ponds on the wet heath. After a stop at Buitenplaats't Soerel you can enjoy the high area of the Tongerense Heide where you will see forest, heathland and fens. Stop at Museum Het Verscholen Dorp in Vierhouten to learn more about the poignant history of people in hiding. From the lookout tower on the Stakenbergweg you have a beautiful view of the area around Nunspeet. From 20 meters you can even see the Flevopolder in clear weather!
