Description
Wonderful walking route from Hotel Meyer. The route is very varied with everything Bergen aan Zee has to offer.
You walk through the beautiful high dunes, you smell the coniferous trees, the heather that blooms and at the start or end you walk on the beach.
You also pass through the unique part called De Kerf. Here, sea water can flow into the area during extremely high tides and spring tides.
This ensures varying vegetation in the area. You will also find the rare flower De Parnassia here.
Before you leave, check the wind direction so that you have it at your back during the part of the walk on the beach.
