Cycling route Oldenzaal, Ootmarsum and Beuningen

Between De Lutte and Oldenzaal you cycle through a nature reserve that consists of a series of estates. Here you can enjoy a mix of deciduous forest, meadows and fields, hedgerows and streams. On the edge of Oldenzaal you pass the Kalheupinkpark, which was laid out in English style by a textile baron. In the old centre of the former textile city you will pass the Sint-Plechelmusbasiliek, which dates back to the twelfth century. Via the village of Rossum you cycle through the coulisse landscape to Ootmarsum. Many old buildings have been preserved in this town. Get off your bike to enjoy the special atmosphere at your leisure, before you go to Landgoed Singraven. Here you can visit a centuries-old watermill. Via Beuningen you cycle back to Eetcafe't Lutters Kwartier for a delicious meal.
